Wij zijn sinds 2019 importeur van ELHO machines en hebben deze TPM 520 Power arm front klepelmaaier in ons assortiment!
ELHO is een echt Scandinavisch kwaliteitsmerk, de bouw is zeer degelijk zonder poespas. Zij bouwen een breed assortiment aan klepelmaaiers, kettingmaaiers, trommelschudders, harken, schijvenmaaiers, stroblazers, getrokken hakselaars en stenenrapers.
Deze zware armklepelmaaier is geschikt voor trekkers vanaf 100 pk, maar belangrijker is een minimaal gewicht van 6500kg en een CAT 2 breedte fronthef. De klepelarm is uniek in zijn soort door zijn aandrijving, bereik en werkbreedte. Ook kan de klepelarm hydraulisch naar achteren draaien dat tevens de aanrijbeveiliging is. De aandrijving van de klepelbak gebeurd met de 1000rpm aftakas, er zitten 3 zware V-snaren naast elkaar langs de giek aan beiden kanten. Deze brengen de pk's van de trekker zo rechtstreeks naar de klepelbak met minimaal verlies, geen hydrauliekpompen en/of motoren. Het bewegen van de machine gebeurd door 4 dubbelwerkende ventielen rechtstreeks op de trekker, dus geen extra elektronica en/of ventielenblokken. Er zit hydraulische bodemdruk ontlasting op door middel van een accumulator die je onder druk zet. De machine is uit te voeren met een 2,1m brede hamer klepelbak of een 2,1m brede ketting maaier. Voordelen van de ketting maaier zijn met moeiteloos omver maaien van dik opschot, geen zuigende werking zoals een klepelbak en geen scherpe messen. Het voordeel van een klepelbak is dat hij netter werk levert. Door het contragewicht van 700kg hangt de machine stabiel achter de trekker zonder extra stabilisatie. Het bereik is 5,2m vanuit het hart van de trekker tot de buitenkant van de klepelbak. Een prima combinatie met een 5,2m of 7,2m uitvoering achter de trekker!
