Der Streuer ist ein praktischer Helfer in Landwirtschaft und Winterdienst. Geeignet zum Streuen von Dünger, Saatgut, Salz, Schlacke und sowohl für den Winter- als auch Sommereinsatz geeignet. Eine einfache Bedienung und eine stabile Verarbeitung zeichnen diesen Streuer aus.
Der Antrieb erfolgt durch die Zapfwelle vom Traktor aus.
Durch die kompakte Bauform ist ein Betrieb sowohl an Schmalspurschleppern als auch an größeren Traktoren problemlos möglich.
Der angebotene Streuer hat ein Fassungsvolumen von 380 Liter /550KG: Montage erfolgt an die Schlepperdreipunkthalterung Kat. II.
Der Trichter ist aus stoßunempfindlichem und sehr robustem Kunststoff. Somit kann also nichts rosten!
Eine Vibrationsplatte im Trichter sorgt dafür, dass das Streugut permanent zu der Auslaßöffnung gefördert wird. Diese Vibrationsplatte wird von einem sogenannten Leiterwagen unterstützt, der das Aufhängen des Streugutes verhindert und das Streugut der Vibrationsplatte permanent zuleitet.
Oberhalb dieses Vibrationsbodens befindet sich der patentierte „Keson“ (Vibrationstopf). Der Keson ist ein Vibrationstopf, sitzt mittig in einem gewissen Abstand über der Vibrationsplatte. Er nimmt die Bewegungen, Stöße und Vibrationen optimal auf und leitet sie weiter. Durch ständige Bewegung während des Streuerbetriebes sorgt der „Keson“ dafür, dass das Festklemmen des Streumaterials verhindert wird.
Weiterhin hat der Streuer 2 Behälter für flüssige Sole zum Entfrieren des Bodens.
Der Streuer hat eine hydraulische Öffnung der Auslassmenge.
Am Streuer ist ein Handhebel zur 15-fachen Regulierung der Auslassmenge.
Die Streuteller sind von Dexwal patentiert. Dieser besteht aus einem Kunststoffteller mit 3 oberen Auswurfschaufeln und an der unteren Seiten aus Luftpaddeln.
Diese Paddel sorgen für eine viel feinere Verwirbelung des Streugutes. Zudem erhöht sich dadurch die Streubreite.
Die Folge ist eine Ersparnis an Kraftstoff und Zeit.
Weiterhin ist dieser Streuer mit einer verstellbaren, halbrunden Auswurfhaube ausgestattet. Diese kann individuell und stufenlos eingestellt werden.
Lieferung erfolgt mit kompletter Beleuchtung, Bremslicht, Rücklicht, Blinklicht, Rundumleuchte und Warntafeln.
Der Antrieb der Turbine erfolgt über Zapfwelle.
Dieser Streuer eignet sich für Traktoren, Baumaschinen, Radlader etc.
