Innbydelse til tilbud for Amomatic asfaltanlegg som produsert asfalt sist i 2025 for Ramlo Sandtak AS, Selger, inviterer til å gi tilbud på deres Asfaltanlegg på Sjøla i Trondheim. Et bud er
uforpliktende for den mulige Kjøper eller for Selger og Selger har til hensikt å innlede forhandlinger med en eller flere parter basert på de gitte budene.
Selgeren forbeholder seg retten til, etter eget skjønn, å godta eller avvise et tilbud, uten noen rett eller forpliktelse for en part som har tilbudt anlegget.
Anlegget står oppført på Selgers egen eiendom, og Kjøper demontere og fjerne fabrikken så fort som mulig etter kjøp.
Interesserte som ønsker å inspisere anlegget må kontakte Selger i forkant. Det er ikke tillatt å gå inn på siden uten avtale om besøk.
Selger anbefaler besiktigelse av asfaltfabrikkens tilstand. Fabrikken selges "som den er".
Dersom det inngås kontrakt om anskaffelse, demontering og/eller eksport av anlegget vil Selger påpeke at norske lover samt Selgers lokale regler for helse, miljø og sikkerhet skal følges under hele prosessen.
Vær oppmerksom på at selger vil melde ifra hvis det oppdages kritikkverdige forhold ved transportør, personell, utstyr eller kjøretøy som strider med regelverket for transport i Norge og rapportere eventuelle avvik til de rette myndighetene.
Anlegget er i hovedsak en Amomatic 6058 fra 2005, i løpet av årene er det gjort en rekke oppdateringer på anlegget. Det gjøres oppmerksom på at gasstanken ikke følger med på et salg.

Asphalt plant for sale.
The plant is mainly from 2005, and was assembled at its current location in 2022.
Invitation to bid for an Amomatic asphalt plant, last used to produce asphalt in 2025 for Ramlo Sandtak AS. The seller invites to submit bids for their Asphalt plant at Sjøla in Trondheim. A bid is non-binding for the potential Buyer or for the Seller and the Seller intends to initiate negotiations with one or more parties based on the submitted bids. The seller reserves the right, at its own discretion, whether to accept or reject an offer, without any right or obligation for a party that has offered the plant.
The plant is located on the Seller's property, and the Buyer must assemble and remove the plant as soon as possible after purchase.
Those interested in inspecting the plant must contact the Seller in advance. It's not allowed to enter the site without an agreement for a visit.
The seller recommends to inspect the condition of the asphalt plant. The plant is sold "as is".
If a contract is entered into for acquisition, dismantling and/or export of the plant the Seller will point out that Norwegian laws and the Seller's local rules for health, environment and safety must be followed throughout the process.
Note that the seller will report if they discover any notable issues with the transporter, personnel, equipment or vehicles that are contrary to the regulations for transport in Norway and report any deviations to the appropriate authorities.
The plant is a an Amomatic 6058 mainly from 2005, over the years there have been numerous updates to the plant. It is important to note that the gas tank is not included in a sale.
