The auction features more than 200 lots, including recent food preparation and processing equipment such as a STEPHAN UM 200 vacuum cooker/mixer (2022), a GOAVEC ENGINEERING mixer/cooler (2022) and a HANDTMANN VF 608 PLUS stainless steel vacuum filler (2022).
